Dishwasher Rinse Temp THERMOLABEL® 180°F/82°C

Accurately verify that the dish machine's final rinse water temperature is reaching the 180°F required by the NSF/ANSI 3 Standard. Easy to use - simply adhere to the external rinse water pipe.

Dishwashers that use heat to sanitize the dishware require a rinse temperature of at least 180°F to properly sanitize. This high temperature rinse is what ultimately brings the surface temperature of the dishware to the FDA required 160°F.

Paper Thermometer's Dishwasher Rinse Temp Thermolabel temp strip finally offers a way to accurately test rinse water temperature using an irreversible registering temperature indicator.

Instructions for Use

  1. Locate the rinse water pipe. It is typically a vertical pipe on the right side of the machine towards the rear.

  2. Remove temperature label from sheet.

  3. Apply to rinse water pipe carefully with the non-adhesive tab extended off pipe. The pipe will still be hot. Protect hands when applying to avoid burns.

  4. Run the machine's cycle as normal.

  5. The temperature sensitive square will turn black as the temperature is reached.

  6. Peel label from pipe using the non-adhesive tab.
