Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that the temperature-sensitive indicators are protected and the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside.

  Ship the Items

  Send the package to our returns processing facility using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery and verification of receipt.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
